@Thesaltandthesea Florence and Heidi are my favourites from your girls names (both on my list) and Henry and Jude from the boys. Nice lists!

Penelope or Rosie would be my top names for a girl but I like all of your list. I like Henry or Max for a boy. Also like Calum which is definitely not a naughty boy name in my area (I am a teacher!).

BeMorePacific · 08/06/2020 07:59

Heidi & Jude 😍♥️

sweetnosugar · 08/06/2020 08:50

Florence, Lottie and Heidi
Henry, Max, Arthur

They are my favourites!

DoctorBambino · 08/06/2020 09:39

Firstly, congratulations!!

Florence - quite like it but it's very long and hate nn flo
Heidi - like it
Lottie - like it but cant imagine a 60 year old woman called Lottie
Penelope - not a fan
Rosie - really like it
Violet - dont like it at all, sounds harsh to my ear

Archie - love it
Arthur (nn Artie) - love it, prefer Artie to Archie
Calum - dont like
Henry - really dont like
Jude - really dont like
Max - great

captainraymondholt · 08/06/2020 10:45

Florence - love it
Heidi - not a fan, I love the book but have met a few small Heidis over the last few years who would put me off
Lottie - it's ok, I prefer Charlotte
Penelope - becoming really popular but I am not keen
Rosie - I like this but prefer it as a nn for Rose or Rosanna or even Rosamund
Violet - like this a lot

Florence would be my favourite followed by Violet

Archie - not keen. So many of them
Arthur (nn Artie) - lovely
Calum - not keen at all
Henry - nice, popular for a good reason, every Henry I've known has been lovely
Jude - one of my favourite names
Max - nice but a bit boring

Jude followed by Arthur for me.

Whatsyourflava · 08/06/2020 13:13

LOVE Arthur Florence and Violet

JoeExoticsPrinceAlbert · 08/06/2020 13:28

Violet for a girl, Arthur for a boy

17caterpillars1mouse · 08/06/2020 19:51

Florence - love it, but it's too popular for my tastes. We nearly went with it for dd2 but I couldn't get over it's popularity

Heidi - nice but a bit cutesy

Lottie - not a fan

Penelope - not a fan though I like Penny

Rosie - like but prefer as a nn for Rosalind, Rosa or Primrose

Violet - not a fan, it always autocorrects to Violent

Archie - don't like it
Arthur (nn Artie) - I like Arthur but it's so popular, again considered it but was too popular, dislike Artie but I do like Art
Calum - I like spelt Callum
Henry - love but know quite a few
Jude - lovely, but prefer Judah
Max - I like it as a nn for Maximillian or Maxwell

daisypond · 08/06/2020 19:54

Penelope and Henry. I really like Jude and Calum. Florence is OK, as is Max.

Dyra · 08/06/2020 20:09

Girls: Heidi or Florence.
Boys: Max, Jude or Calum (though I prefer the Callum spelling).
