Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Sorry op, I know about 9 Amy's and one is as boring as the next, it was way overdone on 90,s and now, I find it a settled name, that purple just settle on as not wow or not unique, yaaawwnnnn, all my friends dislike the name too as we only discussed it the other day

I like it...I am one. But please spell it Amy! Mine has one of the more unusual spellings and I spend my life spelling it out for people and, in the past few years, explaining that my name isn't pronounced 'Ammy'. V frustrating! I'd change it but that would be a bit of a weird one identity-wise!

My name too! Always liked it because it couldn’t be shortened and nice and easy (I’m an Amy). Also it was popular in the 90’s when I was born. Had another Amy in my class and I have a friend now also an Amy but I’ve never met anyone not my age called Amy so think you’re good bringing it back now

I like Amy; to me it's not time-stamped (though it was popular in the 70s/80s), and I think of it as simple and wholesome in an all American way- think Little Women.

I don’t like it but that’s because I’ve never met a nice Amy. I was even bullied by two different Amys at different schools!

SionnachRua · 07/06/2020 00:40

Nope! It's so boring - another wallpaper name like Olivia.

IHaveBrilloHair · 07/06/2020 00:55

It's classic and timeless, but very blah.

@nsalat I’ve always liked this name. Timeless imo and due a revival. Nice that it’s known but not overused now
