Edward (Teddy or Ned)
William (Billy)
Alexander (Sacha or Xander)

Girls
Margaret (Peggy)

Couple of Scottish ones:

Christina/Georgina/Robina/Williamina - Ina (pronounced Eena)

@WinWinnieTheWay, Hank is Henry not Charles. Charles gets shortened to Chuck.
