I know it's not the most popular on here and fully aware of the dog link etc but both DH and I like it and it's our front runner but are there any other suggestions from anyone?

All these names so far (except Warren) have been a list of the poshest names I’ve ever seen Grin

littlejalapeno · 30/05/2020 23:03

Peregrine, jonty, marmaduke... really?...REALLY??

Digby is flirting with posh too. If you can carry that then be bold and go for it. Congrats on your pregnancy x

Whatsyourflava · 30/05/2020 23:08

You won't look like you're copying Boris @flossiegrippit it's only because you're thinking of names you're paying it attention. Ask 100 people this week what's Boris' baby called I bet the majority can't answer. Ask them in another few months it'll be even less

Shmithecat2 · 30/05/2020 23:11

I had a black labrador called Digby. He was awesome. But the dog connection is too strong for me.

Bernard?
Leonard?
Leopold?

Tillygetsit · 30/05/2020 23:15

I went to school with a Digby. His brother was Gerard. Both were a bit unusual and his sister was involved in a scandal. I wont give her name. Probs been too outing already.

I love Digby. It’s one of my sons’ names. DH objected to it being a first name but then wanted Ludovic....

BeMorePacific · 30/05/2020 23:53

@Whatsyourflava is right, I doubt even Boris could name all his children.
I love Digby though, it’s lovely x

Digby's ok. Following the big dog theme, what about Clifford. That is a pretty cool name.

I just get big dog when I hear it. But it’s cute anyway. He’ll get called Diggers. I don’t mind that either.
Some of the others have been on my list for years but too many friends got there first Smile
