Stella, Cosima or Constance?

4 weeks to go and we can’t decide!
Stella is a family name, the others we just like. I love Cosima, but would hope to avoid Cos/Cosi as a nickname.

Middle names will be Estelle Olive or Elizabeth Olive (if we use Stella).

I think you’ll struggle to avoid Cosi as a nickname, unless you give her another nickname and use it frequently. Otherwise she or her friends are likely to shorten it as she gets older.

Go for the family name - specially if you like it!

Stella, I have auntie called stella. I think its beautiful and never have come across another.

Stella reminds me of beer.

I think Cosima is really lovely. I like Stella too.
Not keen on Constance.

Cosima or Constance. Stella feels incomplete and a bit hard.

Stella is lovely. If our our last boy was a girl he was going to Clarice (named after a very glamorous looking actress ancestor we found in some ancient black and white family photos)

You have to be careful of the obvious nicknames too - Cosi sounds like a swimsuit and Con, well that's obvious...

I’d go for Estelle as a first name, it’s beautiful
