Yeh I knew a Vicki who had to keep reminding people her name wasn,t Victoria,

I know a 10 year old Andi not short for anything.
I personally prefer Addi or Addison but each to their own.

I know an Alexandra who shortens it to Andie

I don't much like it as a stand-alone name TBH, but it's fine as a nickname. Amanda, Amandine, Cassandra or Alexandra would work.

I like Annie, Abi (Abigail) and Angie (Angela, Angelina) as alternatives.

I know an Andi and it really suits her. I love it!
Her full name is Andrea though, so I think if I were to use it I’d go for the full name on her birth certificate x

Tcha1 · 23/05/2020 13:10

@Spirali No it's just the two. More than enough for me. Always wanted a little boy but happy with my girls, and their names Grin

Andi is ok as a nn, say for Alexandra.
