A friend (not on MN) is looking for a middle name for Bluebell. She doesn't want any opinions on the name so if you don't have anything nice to say just don't say it. She can't think of any she likes so get suggesting!!

The only Bluebell I knew was a cow (from my grandmother's farm).

@moonset It's the first thing I thought of too! Bluebell and Buttercup are both names for cows in my mind.

@moonset @BabyDancer I asked for no opinions. She doesn't care about your opinions. The only Katie I knew was a dog, doesn't mean it's strictly a dogs name

No opinions but I think your "friends" choice is lovely as far as out there names go

moonset · 24/05/2020 10:16

You asked for no opinions yet you didn't pull anyone up for giving an opinion when it was what you wanted to hear so I guess what you really meant was don't say anything I may not like? I mentioned the farmyard connection after seeing your response "poor lad" to the poster who knew a male bluebell.

All thread starters who self appoint themselves as Chief Police of it needn't be surprised to find they can't tell people what to say on a worldwide open forum.

I actually think it's a lovely name but the fact still stands that the only one I knew was bovine.

She needs to have a conventional middle name in case she hates Bluebell when she grows up which she will.

HeadlessGummyBears · 25/05/2020 16:09

I actually like it. I do think a one syllable middle name can work.

Bluebell Ann
Bluebell Faith
Bluebell Gail
Bluebell Grace
Bluebell Jade
Bluebell Jane
Bluebell May
Bluebell Paige
Bluebell Rose
