Penelope nn Penny. Except my mother is Penelope nn Narcissa.

I think Penny is a fab name but would think twice about it as a name for Molly's sister becaus of the Menny and Polly potential.

Aw I love it. My friends DD is a Penny and she's the cutest. They picked it as her DH loved the Beatles x

@imcold We love the Beatles too and so do our children! Doesn't make it easier not to love the name. Not allowed to call her Penny Lane though GrinHalo

I like Penny. Makes me think of a lucky penny rather than being cheap.

Makes me think of ‘turns up like a bad penny’/‘a bad penny always turns up’ and so on
But I do like it!
