Clara - I like it, it's well known but not overly popular. Top pick.
Bella - not sure, kind if like it but dont think I would like someone called Bella... not sure why!
Caitlin - quite like it
Jessica - husbands favourite girl name
Arabella - too princessy
Isabella - like it
Lily - like it
Ella - too many of them but pretty
Bethany - went to school with a Bethany who was not very nice
Olivia - not keen
Primrose - not my taste

Clara and Caitlin are my favourites by a mile.

Really dislike Arabella and Primrose, they sound incredibly drippy.

I wouldn't use Ella or Bella on their own - short for Isabella is fine.

I really like Clara, Caitlin, Olivia and Arabella. I prefer Isabel to Isabella, but both are fine, as is Jessica and Bethany, though again, I prefer Bethan.

I would not consider Bella, Lily, Primrose and definitely not Ella.
