Thinking of using Felicity for DC1 if she is a girl. Interested to know your views?

Middle name possibilities Frances, Laura, Maeve, Anais...

Lovely name.
I also don't like 'Flic' but the pp nicknames are really nice.

Chirpychirpy3 · 27/04/2020 20:27

I had it on my list but dh didn’t like it. I have met several baby Felicity’s at baby groups so it is getting more popular. Lovely name

Piesandpants · 27/04/2020 21:03

Love it!

123Dancewithme · 27/04/2020 21:51

I like Felicity Frances!

whattodo2019 · 27/04/2020 21:51

Lovely.
We know a 14 yr old called Felicity NN Flick

Hannah021 · 27/04/2020 21:53

Loveeee it on its own.

HelenaJustina · 27/04/2020 21:56

Love it

PAJJ · 28/04/2020 18:43

Love it... it's in my final two narrowed down names. Keep swaying between this and my other one and don't know how I'll decide!

FawnDrench · 28/04/2020 18:47

Felicity is a beautiful name.
My favourite from your list is Felicity Anais.

Other suggestions -
Marie
Joy
Grace
Nicole

Whatsyourflava · 28/04/2020 23:13

@PAJJ what’s your other name out of interest?
Felicity is gorgeous , great nickname potential too. Not met any yet at any baby groups or nursery. It’s definitely a favourite of mine

PAJJ · 08/05/2020 17:58

@Whatsyourflava sorry for the delay... I didn't see this, my other name is Carrie. A little bit different! I can't decide between the two!

MikeUniformMike · 08/05/2020 18:06

Too long. Not keen sorry.

lobsteroll · 08/05/2020 18:19

One of mine is a Felicity and it really suited her as a baby and now that she is a little older too. It is a gorgeous name for an adult as well.

Florrieboo · 08/05/2020 22:33

Such a beautiful name, I love it.

Whatsyourflava · 08/05/2020 22:43

@PAJJ Ah thanks for replying - both names are lovely but I definitely prefer Felicity

LottaBean · 09/05/2020 13:46

Love Felicity! Couldn't use it ourselves because of initials with mn and surname but it was suggested!

NaviSprite · 09/05/2020 14:16

My DD is Felicity Marie so I of course think the name is lovely Grin

SumAndSubstance · 09/05/2020 16:46

I think if you’re aiming for ‘refreshing’ you’ve missed the boat slightly. I know four Felicitys under the age of three. I do like it though.

Roselilly36 · 09/05/2020 17:03

My absolute favourite girls name

TheyGotTheMustardOut12 · 09/05/2020 17:06

I have a 9 year old Felicity, she gets called Fliss, Floss or sometimes Fifi by her friends

ElectricTonight · 09/05/2020 17:40

Love Felicity it's my favourite name!

ifigoup · 09/05/2020 17:48

I know Felicitys of various ages whose nicknames include Flitty, Filly and Lissa.

Malysh · 10/05/2020 06:01

Personally I like Felicia much better, Felicity is a very long name and not keen on the -city ending. Unless you're in urban development I guess Grin

babynamelover · 10/05/2020 07:25

I'm not a huge fan it's too frilly for me. I like Carrie especially with Caroline as a full name.
