Can I just ask for your honest opinions on Hope please?
I keep coming back to it. However, in my head I keep doubting whether it would work on a "real person".
Ive done some googling and some sites say Hope gets nicknames such as Hopefull or worse Hopeless. Which obviously wouldn't be great if there was teasing potential. Hmm....
Also, would Hope go with Noah? Or not really?

Thank you 😊

I've taught a child called Hope. She was an absolute darling- it's a lovely name.

I love it ,but I'm biased since it's my best friend's name.

We also had a baby with the name in a larger friendship group so she was Baby Hope.

It’s my username, which I took from one of my favourite literary characters. I think it’s a lovely name. I only know one IRL, a teenager.

Hope is absolutely great. Strong, gentle, meaningful, understated.

Harper is very popular at the moment and will massively date.

If you’re not sure, you could consider Hester. It has the H to start and ends in -er like Harper, but is Biblical and an established name like Noah.

I love Hope, I think it's a beautiful name

Very nice

I much prefer Hope over Harper. While it's not a name I love there's nothing wrong with it and it's perfectly usable. I wouldn't worry about things like ' hopeless' etc as you can do this with any name. I also wouldn't worry to much about what goes with Noah - that's very subjective.
