I like Erin. Prefer Clara or Cora to Kara.
I would have used Romy or Mia if we had another girl. Both short and sweet.
Also would make a decision with your partner and not worry too much what your family think. Otherwise you'll have so many opinions and making a final choice will be that much harder.

Thank you all so much guys, I know I'm trying not to let them get in my head but it's difficult. Esp when they all have so many opinions 🙄.
I'm due in less than 6 weeks and starting to get a little panicked as my by this point with my son i had it narrowed to 2 names xx *

I think Cara with a C is nicer but they're both lovely names so I wouldn't be put off

Erin and Kara are lovely and I would definitely try and not focus on what others think too much. I BET they will love these names after a week of two of hearing them. Sometimes people need a bit of time to adjust. For instance I suggested Wilfred to my family for my son and they were all horrified and so was my husband. Now they’ve heard the name a couple of times on a friends’ child they were like “what a great name” and I had to remind them it was only a year ago they hated it and persuaded me out of it! They said they just needed “to get used to it”! They love it now! Typical

Do NOT ask your family or your DP's. They'll hate every suggestion and try to force you to use something you'll dislike, and the DD won't like either. They named their own children, they can butt out.
