Stuck between two boy & two girl

Due in less than two week and don't know gender, narrowed it down to two boys name and two girls name but I'm totally 50/50 on both. Please help me pick one of each

Boy -
Francis (Frankie)
Jesse

Girl -
Annie
Eliza

I'm not keen on Frank or Frankie, but Jesse is Jess (girl's name) or 'a big Jessie' so it's a clear No.

I do like Francis, and I know an adult on who is called France by his friends.

Frank makes me thing of Frank Spencer or Frank Butcher, otherwise it's not too bad.

I loved Eliza for years and was dead set during my last pregnancy if I had a girl, but it's the popularity that puts me off somewhat
