American-based mums/dads - is this two for a penny in the states?

So we have narrowed our shortlist down to four names, one of which is Adeline. We really like it, and also like the fact that its quite unusual in the UK. But all the American sites say how popular it (and other spellings of it) is in the states, and some mums even write about their deep regret giving their child such a popular name! My question is, is it one of those names that's just risen in popularity ranks very fast but it's still relatively uncommon in terms of the number of Adelines you would meet, or is it like Louise and Emily in the UK in the nineties (i.e. there were three in every class (in my experience anyway))? I ask because we are moving to the states next year as my husband is being transferred, and I would like our daughter to still have a relatively unusual name there (my name was very, very popular, and it really annoyed me when I was growing up!).

It was ranked #78 in the states in 2018. 0.18% of baby girls were called Adeline.
