..Poppy?

I am expecting my 3rd DC in May and would love to call her Poppy Isabella. My DD says she really likes this name too. My DH is quite keen, and I prefer it to Isabella as a first name which was going to be my choice originally.

Any suggestions for alternative names please?

I have a Charlie and his sister is Amelia

Mumbassa · 21/01/2020 13:29

That should say I know a Charlie

Erin goes well, as does Catherine.

Penelope? You could possibly use poppy as a short form of that and then she has a Sunday name for when she’s grown up.
But I don’t think Poppy is twee at all, if anything Polly is much more twee and Enid blyton-esque.
Sadie is very nice, I like that a lot. Or Heidi.

The Charlie’s I know have sisters called Isobel, Martha, Jasmine (known as Minnie) and Mati (short for Matilda apparently but I’ve never heard anyone call her that!)
