Helena, Georgia or Lydia?

Hello, we will be ttc within the next few months and I'm already thinking of girls names!
I love Helena, Georgia, Lydia, Victoria and also Bryony (although DH doesn't like this one so unlikely I'd get to use it for a future DD.
Possibly also Eleanor.
I seem to go for girls names ending in 'a' with Bryony being the exception!
Any other ideas please?

For boys I like names such as Jonathan, Christopher etc.
Thanks

I think Cassia is beautiful. No problems with pronouncing it, it's an elegant sound, just unusual enough without being too wacky! I really wish I'd called my daughter it.

I like Helena best, followed by Lydia. They don't really go with the suggested middle names though, apart from Grace. Helena Victoria sounds very nice, kind of regal!

I also like Helena best, closely followed by Lydia. Also like Eleanor. Georgia I quite like, although I prefer Georgina. Victoria is OK. Dislike Bryony, sorry.

Helena's a bit dated to me, I don't know anyone under fifty with that name. I like both Lydia & Georgia though.

lydia97 · 08/01/2020 01:18

As a Lydia Grace, I think that’s the best one. 😉

Helena is not dated, it's become a bit fashionable in recent years, didn't you notice? Someone in their forties or fifties is more likely to be a Helen.

All are lovely names. Of the 3 in your title I like Georgia best as I feel it has a stronger, sassier quality than the others. Helena is pretty close though, but with a gentler feel. Nothing wrong with Lydia but I just like the others more. Your other names - I love Eleanor, Bryony and Victoria too. My favourites from all your list are Bryony and Victoria but feel you can't go wrong with any of them. Grace sounds lovely with all your names but is over-used in the middle. Eleanor Ivy works well but not so keen on Ivy with the others.
Bryony Georgia
Victoria Bryony
Eleanor Ivy
Georgia Bryony
Helena Bryony
Lydia Grace

Sorry, Lydia sounds like an STD.
Helena is nice enough.

Love Lydia.

Lydia

All are nice except Georgia - it’s quite downmarket to me. Not wild about Victoria either. Helena and Lydia are classy. Susannah?
