Why do people want to give random words to their children instead of names?

A female bodybuilder called cameo probably isn’t actually called cameo. It will be a stage name.

I think it could work could call her Cam for short. I have a friend Carmen she gets called Cam for short. I'd go for it op, I wouldn't listen to others if you like it.
