Is Brook just a girls name now?

I know a male Brook and I really like it as a boys name! But is it really just a girls name these days?

Brooke with an e is a girls name. I've met one.
Never met a male Brook/e.

I have a brother called Brook and a female friend called Brooke - I love it as a name

Love Brook as a boys name (Brooke for girls)

Also love Blake for boys

My male friend of my son is Brook (17).

I have a friend called Brook & there is a little Brook in my 4yo’s reception class

I went to school with a Brooke. 2/1 to male Brook’s for me. I think of it as a unisex name still but that might be because I know both.

Thanks everyone, should have been clearer in my OP that I know Brooke is the girls version. I know one male and one female with the name but for some reason feel people think of it more as a girls name, im glad to hear there are lots of other male Brooks around!
