Hi lovelies, am 35 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and have found a couple of new names this week! Would really appreciate kind thoughts about the latest one that I’ve found and could be a possibility?

Latest discovery is ‘Clement’.

Thanks in advance x

I don't like it in all honesty. But that's my opinion. It sounds like a last name

Clangus00 · 13/12/2019 10:52

No.

Sportsnight · 13/12/2019 10:54

No, though Clem is nice. It has unpleasant associations for me with Clement Freud - though those probably won’t occur to anyone under 50.

123Dancewithme · 13/12/2019 10:54

I really like it!

kenandbarbie · 13/12/2019 10:58

I don't like it.

PurpleDaisies · 13/12/2019 10:59

Awful.

Flymetothestars · 13/12/2019 11:02

Don’t like it

Flymetothestars · 13/12/2019 11:02

Very wet and Clementine is getting very popular

dorisdoughnut · 13/12/2019 11:06

I wouldn’t due to Clement Freud

LemonBreeland · 13/12/2019 11:23

It makes me think Clement Atley. Not terribly keen.

Cbeebiesrehab · 13/12/2019 11:42

Really dislike it.

Starfish83 · 13/12/2019 12:37

Thanks - think I’m gonna sack this one off pronto! 😬 x

I like it

LarkDescending · 13/12/2019 16:20

I think you're right to take this one off the table!

In a similar vintage style I wondered whether you might like Claude?

Lavenderblues · 13/12/2019 16:25

I like it.

PlantPotting · 13/12/2019 16:34

Clarence?

Marmitepasta · 13/12/2019 17:03

I like it a lot

MrsBertBibby · 13/12/2019 17:37

Clement is great. Attlee was one of the greatest of Prime ministers, the author of the welfare state and the NHS. And a very effective deputy PM to Churchill during the wartime coalition.

passthetea · 13/12/2019 17:46

Much prefer Clarence to clement.

bridgetreilly · 13/12/2019 18:00

I think it's great.

Newbie1981 · 13/12/2019 18:15

Only matters if you like it. Congratulations :-)

17caterpillars1mouse · 14/12/2019 18:45

Lovely name. Go for it

DramaAlpaca · 14/12/2019 19:16

Awful name.

Astronica · 15/12/2019 06:25

I like it and love Clem on its own and as a nickname. I know a family with a little Clem and Rupert and think it's gorgeous.

My mums neighbours son is called Clement (Clem for short). He's four.
