Another one my husband and I both agree on?

Sister to Louise

I know it's very 80's but is super super rare now, outside the top 1000 I think.

Can't use Emma as a family name, know some may suggest. -But prefer Gemma as a bit more unusual anyway

Thoughts though? Is it just too unusual now?

Really not keen. Sorry OP!

The Gemnas I know are lovely and very popular. Smile

I’m a Gemma from the 80s. I never realised it was that popular until nearly every mum in the nursery playground was called Gemma! Growing up I only knew another 1 or 2.

I like it!

Not keen, but that's probably because it's dated, but still too recently used to consider it a classic due for a revival, and because I've never personally met a nice Gemma/Jemma!

SallyWD · 15/12/2019 22:18

I love it.

I like it and prefer the G spelling over J.
