Quick question, how would you pronounce the name Ellena??

I would guess Ellen-ah but it's a name I would feel unsure about and would need to ask.

With that spelling I'd be inclined to say El-na. As in the one syllable name Elle. Or as in Alma, but Elna.
But having read the comments that's clearly just me.
I think Eleanor is a beautiful classical name, lovely choice. Personally I'd keep the normal spelling.

I think I would pronounce it Ellen-a, as in Ellen De-Generes.

El-ayn-a. I would use the traditional spelling of Eleanor, it's a lovely name.

I thought Ell-EN-a or possibly El-Lena! I would just use Eleanor personally. She will probably just get called Ellie either way.

My friend's daughter is called Ellena. She pronounces it like Eleanor.
