I prefer it as a nickname for Raphael because most ‘Rafes’ are spelled Ralph which always confuses me
It’s nice though

IggyAce · 07/09/2019 16:59

I like it I know spelling it Rafe stops the pronunciation issue but prefer Ralph spelling.

aibutohavethisusername · 07/09/2019 17:06

I like it.

Sparklypurpleunicornsaremyfav · 07/09/2019 19:51

Antonin · 07/09/2019 20:47

Great name

DramaAlpaca · 07/09/2019 20:48

Hate it (sorry)

Ralph is even worse.

Mumshappy · 07/09/2019 20:49

I don't like I'm afraid.

17caterpillars1mouse · 07/09/2019 20:52

I really like it but my phone always autocorrects it to Rape :(

Also never understood the pronounced Rafe, spelt Ralph thing

Knitclubchatter · 07/09/2019 20:52

There’s a fairly famous Canadian Rafe Maire, I like it. It’s unique
Although I could see some different pronunciation problems initially.

PleaseSirMyGoat · 07/09/2019 22:38

Don't like, sorry

joystir59 · 07/09/2019 22:43

Foppish wet awful name,sorry

joystir59 · 07/09/2019 22:45

Love Raphael but perhaps a bit exotic for a white English child.

Tillygetsit · 07/09/2019 23:11

Yuk. Wet and pompous. Well the one I know is.

notso · 07/09/2019 23:23

It's awful.

Astronica · 08/09/2019 09:18

I love it. One of my favourite boy names. I love its long history, being a popular name through the middle ages. I love its sounds, its neatness and its raffishness...

Mooey89 · 08/09/2019 09:20

Awful. Sorry

C0untDucku1a · 08/09/2019 09:21

Id definitely have it as a nickname for Raphael.

MissHenty · 09/09/2019 18:00

Don’t like.

ThisLittlePiggyWentTo · 09/09/2019 18:08
