Sabrina is better than Winona. I wouldn't want to name my child after a famous shoplifter.

Sabrina

I know a mid 20s Sabrina. Never even connected it with a teenage witch and I’m very much of the age for that!

She owns it. Nickname Sabs.

Serena is lovely

I'm not a huge fan of either, but if i had to pick then Sabrina.

What about the French version - Sabine?

Or
Winter (nn Winnie)
Winifred (cute!!)
Wina or Winah
Selena
Serena
Delphine
Sabina (so without the 'r' and therefore removes the association with teenage witches!)

Both sound like you're naming after someone famous which is a bit naff. Winnie is fine.
