If I like these boys names, what else might I like?

I’ve always had Rex as my top boys name, but now there’s a prospect of a real child being named I’m not sure I love it anymore! Problem is DH does love it, and I’m struggling to bring him round to anything else.

I love Ivo, Jago and Cosmo (not sure why all the o’s!) also like Felix but probably wouldn’t use it.

Name preference firmly in the ‘bit posh, bit unusual but not silly and made up’ camp. Surname is 3 syllables, classic and common, so allows for more creativity in the first name.

Any ideas?!

I have an Ivo, he is 12 & it always sounds great! A short strong name that will never date as it's an old English name! I also have a Ned maybe another short name you might like?

I have a Quentin so love that . I also like Ivan, Rufus and Felix.

Loving the name Max at the minute. I’m due in 5 weeks and this is top of the list for me at the minute. Love Rex too

Rex is amazing! Far nicer than the other suggestions on here IMO.

Ah so many good names here! Love Ludo, Fergus, Joss, Caspar and Caspian. DH will only countenance Caspian 🙈 He’s so boring!

Rex is lovely and we might still end up using it, I was just always so sure about it and now I’m not! I also feel like it’s growing in popularity which puts me off.
