Having twins- need name opinions

Hello all! I am having twins (one boy and one girl) and DH and I are attempting to think of names.

Right now, we are leaning towards Cecily and Alexander, so I'd love opinions on those as well as these other names (and any suggestions if you have them!). The girls names are mostly just ones we like but the boys names are primarily family names.

Girls:
Cecily, Charlotte, Margot, Lily, Eleanor (Elle), Amelia
We also love Ottilie but I'm American and we worry that my family and friends would pronounce it Oddilie hahaha

Boys:
Alexander, Charles, James, Oliver, Pierson

Please let me know which ones you like and if there are particular combinations you enjoy!

Would pick Charles or James as a middle name for Alexander and for Cecily Rose.

My favourite is Margot for the girls, Eleanor is lovely too.

I'm not a huge fan of Cecily to be honest. It's nice, but a bit overly frilly for me. Alexander is lovely though. I like your other options, apart from Pierson.

Love Eleanor. NOT Ellie! there are lots of lovely nicknames for Eleanor though - Elle, Lea, Nell,Nora etc.

All your boys names are lovely except for Pierson which looks a bit made up to me.

I much prefer Cicely to Cecily.

I love Cecily, Margot and Eleanor. I find Ottolie a bit cutesy and I have an Irish accent where it would also become Oddilly!

I don't love any of your boy names tbh, but I do like James and Charles.

I hear Alexander a lot where we live and I'm not keen on any of the shortenings. Oliver is done to death and I don't like Pierson.

I love Alexander but really don’t like Cecily - it’s a lot better than Margot though. Don’t like Pierson either - I don’t think I’ve even heard of it. All the other suggestions are lovely.

Cecily and Alexander are lovely, I especially love Cicily its so unexpected

If I had to choose another sibset I would go with Charlotte and Oliver but I much prefer Cecily and Alexander
