Quinn for a boy...

it might be one of only two names in the entire universe of male names DH and i agree on. Other is Finley but that has its own issues

I'm another who tends to see 'Quim' so I'd probably use it as a nn for Quentin

But agree that aside for that it's a mighty name for a boy

I know a little boy called Quinn who is 6. He's the only one I know with the name, and I think it's cool. We're in the north of the UK.

OK lots more love than expected. I think our agreed boys list is Quinn, Finley and at a push Atticus. We're working class in the Midlands so sure someone will accuse us of being try hard.

I've heard it among American friends. & family , it's a popular thing to do there. Quinn, Bailey, Casey, etc.

I hadn't considered it to be a surname tbf.

Not sure what mide name would go though. DS has a 3 syllable first name, short middle and two syllable surname. So feel like Quinn needs a longer middle name. Also worry over lack of nn

OP, quim is another word for female genitals but used smuttily which is probably why you've not heard it. His mates would only know the word long after they've got used to his name actually being QuiNN.

My DS has a surname as his first name but it's a really old name and I find that there are a few old men with it for their first name.
