Which spelling would you choose and which would be the most natural ....

In English, Louie works much better if you want that pronunciation. The spelling is much more intuitive and it'll be less confusing when he learns to write his name!

Perhaps William should be spelt Willyum going forward to avoid confusion.

Find Louis and Louie to look and sound wet, Jacob is far far nicer.
