I have one too! Spelled Isaac and we use the shortening Ike (but we mostly call him Ikey)

I have one with the nickname ziggy. Such a happy calm name for my happy laidback boy.

But yes it gets spelt Issac, Isaac, and even once issaacc.

It’s OK but I am not keen. Isaac might be one of the Patriarchs but the biblical story of Isaac is very offputting. I also think that Old Testament names for boys are going out of fashion and it’ll date.
