Mila/Myla, Sienna or Esme??

Hi ladies, thoughts please, we really like Maya however I have heard a few recently and think it might be becoming a bit common.

Which of these do you prefer or would advise against? I also like Marnie but my husband isn’t keen. He also isn’t keen on Mila as he thinks it will be pronounced me-la hence why I thought the other spelling might be easier.

Anyway would love your thoughts xx

Esme but pronounced Ez-may not
Ez-mee

I love Sienna & Mila. Not keen on the spelling of Myla think I prefer Lyla! Esme is sweet

There are quite a few Myla etc.

I like Esme But when said Esmay it's a bit chavvy round here. Much better the traditional way.

I love Sienna and Esme is very pretty ….not keen on Maya or Myla.

Mila I would pronounce Mee-la and I know 2 girls named Myla, only spelt that way.
Mila, Milla and Myla are becoming more popular so I would opt for the more obvious spelling.

Esme. Mila and Sienna are very trendy and will date.

I LOVE Mila and is on the shortlist for DDs but said mee-la. If you want my-la than spell it Myla.

Esme is the best. Esmee or Esmay pronunciation is regardless - only the person will control that!

I really like Mila/Myla but if you are worried about common I would reconsider all as I would say they are common. My dd's nursery class has 2 Mila's, 2 Esme's and 3 Sienna's!

Mila is pronounced Mee-la. If you want Myla you'd need to spell it that way, I think.

Esme is OK if pronounced Ez-mee, not Ez-may - but it's popular.

I like Sienna. I like Marnie best of all.

Sienna is lovely and would be my first choice
Esme would be my second choice, (but only if it's it pronounced ez-may)
