Just wanted to gage opinions on the name robin for a boy... do you think it’s a nice name or too feminine?
DP and I do not have similar styles and this is the only name we have reached any kind of level of agreement on

I love it. I wish I worked with our surname as I’d use it!

We have a Robin Stanley, he’s 15 weeks now. I love the name, we have lots of different reasons why he’s called Robin. It’s not a common name without it being unusual 🥰

I think it’s a great name. Sounds like a fun and confident personality to me

I have a Robin. It's a Family name and we love it.

Love it for a boy. People will know how to spell it if he says his name over the phone and it's unusual enough to be memorable.

I asked my family the other day if Robyn/Robin was a girls or boys name. Kids thought girls, adults thought boys.
I really like Robin for a boy personally, but think it’s maybe moved into a name that will cause a bit of hassle so rules it out for me

I always think of Robin Hood so definitely not too feminine I actually much prefer it for a boy than a girl. It's a very effortless, strong, cool name.
