Aurelia - Arab/ Western Middle names?

So I am really keen on Aurelia as per my previous post. Thanks so much for all the help! I'm just looking for a middle name that works with English/ Arabic and ends in a consonant sound. I am undecided between the following middle names:
Aurelia Summer
Aurelia Noor
Aurelia Rose (would rather avoid as it's very common)
Aurelia Serene
Aurelia Aster
Aurelia Ellen
Aurelia Esther
Aurelia Sachi
Aurelia Azure
Aurelia Giselle
Aurelia Aspen
Aurelia Winter
What do you think?

Oh I love Aurelia Azure. It reminds me of gorgeous blue skies, and it's not a common middle name, seems like it would work in Arabic too.
Per your English/Arabic requests, I also like Aurelia Noor.
Aurelia Summer is perfection, but why don't you spell it Sumer, one m? I knew an Arabic girl with this name, so if you are looking for a middle name that works in Arabic too that seems like a good way to go. They are all lovely though! x

LittleMissMummaBear · 16/04/2019 17:45

Also- looking at Aurelia Noor, how about Aurelia Nora? Looks like it could work in English and Arabic too xx

FindaPenny · 16/04/2019 17:56

My daughters middle name is Noor and I honestly regret it, wish I had gone with Nora or Eleanor.

I was going to suggest Camelia as that is an Arabic pronunciation of Camilla, but Aurelia Camelia is a bit odd. Daleelah is the Arabic pronunciation of Delilah and is nice, but again might be too sound alike.
Jasmine
Sara
Ines
Sofiyah
Layla
Yasmin

Nancy, Judy and Sally are often used in Arab countries now

FindaPenny · 16/04/2019 17:57

Sorry missed the consonant part!

chiarazuri · 16/04/2019 17:58

LittleMiss, thank you! Azure and Summer are my favourites too! I've ruled Noor out as I'm worried that the pronunciation will be difficult for a lot of people and I'm avoiding middle names ending in a, so Nora wouldn't work. Thank you though!!

FindaPenny, love Ines from your list! That's really different. Yes, I am a bit wary of Noor. Why do you regret it? Have you encountered any issues in particular? My main concern is the pronunciation.

As far as I remember there has been no issue with pronunciation. I think to my ear it just sounds a bit hard...the meaning is light which is nice and it's unisex.

From your list I really like summer and azure, though I'm not sure azure would work in the Arabic way. Rose would work well.

Hend is another name I know of... It means india
Kenza means treasure... But a vowel again! Farrah, I think means happy or possibly wedding... My Arabic is crap🤣

WinterHeatWave · 16/04/2019 18:12

Hmm, nearly all the girls I know with Arabic names end in an A or AH...
Miriam/ Mariam, Zaynab, Reem, Inas are the ones I can think of.

FindaPenny · 16/04/2019 18:16

Aurelia Ayr?

FindaPenny · 16/04/2019 18:21

Aurelia Amal.... Like Amal Clooney

JustAnotherMNUserPassing · 16/04/2019 18:22

I adore Aurelia Aspen 😍

chiarazuri · 16/04/2019 18:33

Thank you everyone! Some really good opinions. I've found two others
Aurelia Mahnoor
Aurelia Mahreen
Aurelia Noori
^^ again these will be difficult to pronounce though.
I've gone off azure as it means blue, and Aurelia is gold, there are too many colours in the name.
At the moment my favourite is Aspen!

I like Winter and Mahreen.

chiarazuri · 16/04/2019 18:55

Platypus how would you pronounce Mahreen?

TakenForSlanted · 16/04/2019 19:01

Aurelia Zaynab?
Aurelia Hanadi?
Aurelia Safiyah?
Aurelia Leenah?
Aurelia Amira?

I also absolutely love Ranya, but it doesn't feel right in combination.

FindaPenny · 16/04/2019 19:02

I hope you don't mind me saying but Mahnoor sounds a bit like manure.

PlatypusLeague · 16/04/2019 19:04

I'd pronounce it like Marine Smile

PlatypusLeague · 16/04/2019 19:16

...with the h auidible as in Ahmed iykwim.

chiarazuri · 16/04/2019 19:33

Findapenny thanks for pointing that out!! I'm going to rule Mahnoor out!
Takenfor thanks for all the suggestions! I do like those names but an a ending seems too congested with Aurelia I think..

Prettylittlelady · 16/04/2019 22:21

I think Aurelia Giselle and Aurelia Summer are lovely...
I love the idea of Aspen and Azure as well it’s just I’m not overly keen on the alliteration.
What about Aurelia Imani?

chiarazuri · 17/04/2019 11:05

Prettylittlelady Thank you for the suggestons! I like imani!
I've gone for Aurelia Esther! Thank you everyone far all the help! :)
