Cecily or Felicity?

They are not even in the same league.

Felicity, by a country mile.

Cecily is awful, Felicity is a great name.

Cecily or Cecilia! As others have mentioned Cece and Cici are nice nicknames. Felicity is very girly which is fine unless she doesn't turn out to be the girly type at all! Fliss isn't a nice nname in my opinion.
