What do you think of this name? Doesn't anyone have an 'Autumn' and if so what kind of feedback have you had about the name?
Baby is due in Autumn if that helps!

I love the name autumn! I know one who is mid twenties and it really suits her. Would have used it if I didn't have a winter baby!

SweetButaPsycho · 07/03/2019 21:49

Love it! It's unusual without being strange and is cool but also pretty.

MrsH497 · 08/03/2019 01:35

I love it!

MercyBodle · 08/03/2019 04:17

I love it, and would use it without hesitation.

thatmustbenigelwiththebrie · 08/03/2019 04:42

Don't like it I'm afraid.

nocluenoidea · 09/03/2019 06:44

Wow I'm actually amazed by the (mostly) positive comments! I'm still not sure if it's a bit 'out there', though given it's in the top 150 names perhaps it's not so unusual anymore?!

I have a close friend with a young daughter called Autumn, I think its a gorgeous name.

WingingItAsIGo · 09/03/2019 12:10

Love it

chiarazuri · 09/03/2019 12:50

I think it's nice but a bit melancholic, especially during the summer months, having to say "autumn" may feel a little out of sync with the surroundings... I love nature names but maybe something more season neutral could be something to look into?

Sophronia · 09/03/2019 17:49

Not my personal style, but it’s fine.

bearfood · 11/03/2019 21:31

Me! I have an Autumn, she is 20. She gets compliments ALL the time. It suited her as a little girl and now as an adult. Gets shortened to 'Auts' by her siblings.

nocluenoidea · 12/03/2019 09:41

Yay finally someone with an Autumn, happy to hear you get good feedback on her name! Do you mind me asking what her siblings are called? Are they equally as unique?

I think it is nice but you would need the right surname.

Wedgiecar58 · 13/03/2019 09:40

I love it, but I would expect to get some negative comments if I used it

ChimpyChops · 13/03/2019 10:26

Possibly one of my favourite names. Absolutely love it.

bearfood · 14/03/2019 16:47

Will pm you as they are very outing!

bearfood · 14/03/2019 16:52

Can't actually work out how to pm on the app but if you pm me first I will happily tell you sibling names op. Just to respond to another poster, I agree about the surname...my Autumn's surname is VERY common and plain, but if she marries her boyfriend, which is quite likely, his surname will really not go!

VoyageInTheDark · 14/03/2019 17:26

I love it

foxtiger · 15/03/2019 08:50

I kind of like it although it's not the sort of name I would probably use myself. I think it would particularly suit somebody with any shade of reddish hair (like autumn leaves!)

Rachelhaydenberk1 · 18/03/2019 23:28

I love it! I love season names, Autumn my favorite. I think season names will always be relevant but they trend at times and other times are considered tacky. I personally love them and prefer when they arent trending though. I do think Autumn and Winter are popular right now. I've only ever met one Spring! I haven't heard Summer used in a long time.

Kaboodler · 18/03/2019 23:34

I like nature names but I don't think Autumn is a particularly pleasant sounding word.

Chocmallows · 18/03/2019 23:37

I don't usually like names based on seasons or months, but Autumn is an exception. Really pretty and fine for an adult too.
