If I like these names, what else would I like?

Hello, our second baby isn't due for a while yet but obviously I'm already thinking about names! Smile

At the moment we're quite settled on Nina for a girl, but I'm open to suggestions. The only other girls name I really liked was Juliet, but DH said a firm no. 🙄
I love uncommon but not unusual girls names, and I think I'd like Elizabeth for the middle name.

Its boys names that are much harder, DH hasn't liked a single suggestion of mine (but hasn't come up with any of his own yet either!)
I love Jonah, Robin, Morgan and Alex. Also like Caleb but doesn't really go with our surname (along the lines of 'Bridge'). DH did say he didn't mind Alex, but I really want Adam as the middle name and it just doesn't flow.

Our 20 month old is called Violet for extra information. Smile

Heidi Elizabeth
Carmen Elizabeth
Alexa Elizabeth
Jemima Elizabeth
Martha Elizabeth

James Adam
Edward Adam
Issac Adam
Owen Adam

I do like Nina. Not sure on your boys' names though. I do like Adam but I think it's a good first name in it's own right rather than middle.

Ah I keep adding Heidi onto my list and then taking it off again. I like it and think it sounds pretty but I'm not sure I love it.

Funnily enough Issac Adam was thrown around a bit before we found out our first baby was a little girl, might think about it again actually.
I agree about Adam being a lovely first name - its my older brothers name! Hence why I'd like to use it as a middle name if we end up having a little boy. Smile

I've always quite liked Elliot, and I LOVE Vincent (huge Mighty Boosh/Noel Fielding fan here) - but can't really have Violet and Vincent, too samey!

Alexander Adam sounds great I think.

PastaSauceHoarder · 24/02/2019 10:18

I'm glad a few people have said they liked Alexander Adam... I didn't think the two went together (alliteration maybe, I don't know) but the more I say it the more I love it.
It would be Alexander on the birth certificate/legal documents but we'd probably just call him Alex.

So so far my front runners are Nina Elizabeth and Alexander Adam. Smile

Lovely names. As long as your surname doesn’t start with an A, Alexander Adam is fine.
