Would welcome thoughts?

I am in love with the spelling - it looks like an Old Testament angel or something. But dee-ell reminds me of Dell-boy...

Thoughts?

Don't Dilly Dally on the way.

But I Dillied and Dallied. Grin

JumpOrBePushed · 07/02/2019 12:57

Is Dallied a typo? Can’t see how you’d get the pronunciation Dee-ell from that.

If it’s not a typo, then the definition of dallied would put me right off using it as a name.

thinkfast · 07/02/2019 18:50

It's not a name I've come across, but given it means to waste time and dawdle, I'm not keen on it

KatherinaMinola · 07/02/2019 18:54

Must mean Dalyell or Dalziel. I like them.

Sophronia · 07/02/2019 22:36

I know a Dallin

MelinaM · 07/02/2019 23:24

Dalziel is that what you mean? ..or is it really dallied, as in dilly dally?! Confused

PrismGuile · 07/02/2019 23:28

As in dallied around? Faffed?

MyOtherProfile · 07/02/2019 23:36

Dying to know if OP really meant Dallied. How do I get "My old Man" to stop playing in my head now?

BackforGood · 08/02/2019 00:00

I clicked to see if it was a typo or if you really mean "dillied, and dallied" like the song Confused

kalefire · 08/02/2019 00:03
