Ivy, Iris or Isla?

Which one do you prefer as a sibling for Elliot?

I love Isla, but was worried about popularity. I keep swapping between Ivy and Iris. Both I love one minute then have doubts the next.

Phoebe was also on the list but I think I’ve gone off it.

Isla is lovely. I gather it's very popular but I've never actually met one.

I would go for Ivy or Iris.

Isla is too similar to Elliott in my opinion - both start with a vowel followed by an ‘l’ syllable.

Lovely names but they are really popular. It would put me off tbh.

I adore Isla but the popularity puts me off a little. Love both Iris and Ivy too - I think sound-wise I maybe marginally prefer Ivy, but I knew an Iris and she was one of the most wonderful people I've ever met, so that would sway me there. She was Iris Grace Smile

I love Iris, have done for years. I can't get past the fact that Ivy was the name of a relative of mine who was not a very likeable person, but also I know some people don't like it for the connotations of "poisonous" and "clinging." Isla is pretty, but it is so popular now that I think Iris is probably the best choice.
