I personally like Polly and Freda/Frida.

Matilda, Amelie and Ruby are lovely names but very popular.

Poppy, Scarlet and Ella are OK.

Polly - twee, infantilising
Ella - just so bland and unimaginative
Isadora - I actually like it but can't stand Izzy
Matilda - very personal dislike of it - only ever known brats named this
Candy - stripper. Candace would be nice, though.
Amelie - also boring

I like Ruby and Matilda. Polly is ok.

I love Polly (preferably as a nickname for Mary) and Matilda. Isadora is nice. Amelia, Ruby, Scarlett and Ella feel a bit practicable/blah/baby girl born in 2018 to me. Poppy I feel is insubstantial once she gets past the age of 3. Frieda is unexpected although I would expect a German connection. Candy is awful. Just my opinions.
