Shortlisted our three favourite boys names, as agreed with my other half!!

Vincent would be "Vinnny".

Theo

Or Cillian?

They're all really different, anyone have a fave??

I really like Cillian.

Silly-Un

That's made me chuckle. A lot.

Nah, don't like Cillian. Theo's overused , not a fan of Vincent or Vince, but love Vinnie.

Charley50 · 25/10/2018 07:28

I love Vincent and Theo. Vincent is cool. Theo is cute.

Wouldn't go for Cillian unless I was Irish and actually I don't know how to pronounce it in spite of Peaky Blinders.

E20mom · 25/10/2018 07:53

Theo. It's popular because it's a good name.

VenusInSpurs · 25/10/2018 19:06

Until I looked it up I would pronounce Cillian based on Cilla.
I don’t think Theo is overused is it? Just, you hear of a few.

Theo is a great name.

SilveryMoon · 25/10/2018 19:11

Cillian. Love it

SumAndSubstance · 25/10/2018 19:58

I don't like Theo anyway, but yes it's super-popular. I like Vincent, but I hate Vinnie. I like Cillian - that one!

Glumglowworm · 25/10/2018 20:20

There’s a million Theo’s, and it grates on me when people mispronounce it as Fee-oh

I really want to like Vincent, but I just don’t and I really don’t like Vinny

I do like Cillian, although it’s the name of Captain Hook in the tv show Once Upon a Time and I can’t stand him which puts me off. But it’s a pretty obscure reference and it’s a nice name

Thank you all, genuinely, for your opinions!! Massively appreciated and rather entertaining to read them all 🤣
