• Rupert or
• Rory

Already have a boy called Noah. I love his name and really struggling to find another boys name I like. Have a feeling No.2 will be another boy!
Which is your favourite of the above 2 names? And why?
I have reservations about Rupert due to a few "Rupert the Bear" responses.
Many thanks :-)

Rory is one of our favs too. We also have Reuben and Ronnie. Every name we like seems to begin with R!

Rufus would be nice

Rory easily.

Observatorycrest · 18/10/2018 23:20

I like Noah and Rafi.

BlackStar7 · 18/10/2018 23:55

Roman
Raf or Raffi short for Rafaello
Russell
Romeo
Riley
Rio
Rhodri
Rhidian
Read (unusual I know but I think it goes well)
Ren (I really like this with Noah)
Rhys or Reece (I like this best with Noah)

DC2018 · 19/10/2018 00:30

Rory. Its the nicer name and goes best with Noah imo x

Korvalscat · 19/10/2018 01:00

I think Rory goes better with Noah, agree with 5BlueHydrangea that the names are nicely squared off. I also think Reuben goes well with Noah - biblical thing I suppose.

EvieV28 · 19/10/2018 20:12

Rupert

3secondsfromchaos · 19/10/2018 20:14

Noah and Rufus would be nice.
Rafferty non Raffi
I do like Rupert though and I’m pretty sure that the bear isn’t such a thing now.

LarkDescending · 20/10/2018 00:04

I love both, but Rory is the better fit with Noah.

Sungura · 20/10/2018 06:39

I prefer Rupert. It's a more mature name. Rory is now considered unisex, but it's been used as pet names for Roderick and Riordan before, so you could name your son one of these and call him Rory. Let him grow up with a proper man's name.Rory is just too cute.
