Do you imagine Margot’s as blonde?

Just wanted to start off by saying this doesn’t actually matter to me but made me laugh that 2 of my colleagues were shocked today when they saw my 4 year old dd (Margot) and her brown hair, apparently to them Margots are exclusively blonde

No I don’t assume Margots are blonde. I immediately visualise Margot from ‘The Good Life’ but I have zero expectation that any Margots I may meet will look like her!

I imagine Margot’s to be small with a neat brunette bob with a full fringe and dark eyes. No reason whatsoever though.

Margot Channing (Bette Davis) in All About Eve had red hair. It was a black and white film so don't ask me how I know that.

Um, I don't really imagine a particular hair colour for a Margot. Trying hard to think of any names which do strongly suggest a specific hair colour ...... Your colleagues are nuts!

I do... but only because my 2 year old Margot is bright blonde with blue eyes. My OH and I both have dark hair so we're not sure if it'll last or where she has got it from 🤷‍♀️ I expect in a few years she'll have dark hair too. What a funny comment from colleagues 😂

I have a 4 month old Margot who was born with a full head of dark hair
I'm pretty sure she will go golden blonde like her older brother tho!

😂 I thought this was just me as when I described Georgia as a brunettes name my friends were like 🤔
