Lovely name, I have an adult friend named this and she is a beautiful person, clever and kind. She’s not tall though!

I think it sounds like which isn’t very nice. And then it’s obviously the island and also a private college here in the US... and personally I don’t like place names. So I’m really not a fan. But if you love it then that’s all that matters!

I like it. Slight preference to Ione, but both are nice.

It's ok, but the I can look like an L so people call her Lona, which is very annoying!

I love it. I hae never heard of it before until last year, my first thoughts were what a lovely unusual name.
