Boys name to go with Allitt

Baby due in January and we are really struggling for names... we have a girls name (no not Beverley before anyone comments!)

I like strong names such as:

• Cassius
• Emerson
• Elijah

DP doesn't like them and prefers more American names like Jackson and Cody (not a fan at all!)

Any ideas? Would like a good strong name that isn't too popular.

I prefer your names and I like Elijah best! Think Elijah Allitt sounds cool. Emerson is quite American also though, don't you think, if it is the American-ness putting you off?

Lol I was lucky that my OH likes strong names.. Maybe too strong.

Luckily we had a girl because he was set on Aurelius for a boy. And you know what? I would have let him 😂

Oh and he also loved Tiberius but that was never gonna happen.. Although I do love it! I loved his other suggestion of Tidus too.

Ashley Allitt, shortened to Ash. I think Ash Allitt sounds nice.

I loved Cassius til I learnt it means something along the lines of shallow and vain

American names in the US sound fine. In the U.K. they sound very Essex.

Brody is not American it’s Scottish/Irish.

We aren't too worried about what the name means.

I always thought Brody sounded very American! Probably because the only two I've met are American. I rescind.
