Just found this site that shows the most popular baby names in my area. Surprised at the results!

Is it accurate? Mine said Lily but I’ve never met one from my area

Doesn't seem to be correct for Edinburgh - if you look here then tables 3 and 6 give a breakdown of most popular names in Scotland last year by council area

Apparently there is only one name in my area. James. Presumably all children here are called James. 😂

I had a look in my council area. I only know one boy with each of the top two names but 7 of the third ranked name.

With the girls I don’t know any girls with any of the top 5 names but know three girls with the sixth ranked name.

I think these kind of lists are interesting but of limited value in working out whether your prospective child will be one of five in the class.

Seems pretty accurate for where I live. These are all names I hear a lot.

None of mine are there.
