My husband and I are having our 4th child (2 boys + 1 girl already ) we like the name wren and wondered what u all think. We have nature ish names for our others and want to name our girl after a bird. Do u like wren as a name and middle name Louise ? Xx

I think Wren is a lovely and elegant sounding name.

AlliKaneErikson · 30/09/2018 23:59

Nice!

indigo13 · 01/10/2018 00:01

I like the idea of it and when it's written down but id be put off because out loud it's a bit of a weak combination of sounds iyswim

WitBeyondMeasure · 01/10/2018 00:50

I wouldn't use it myself but I do really like it!

tessiegirl · 01/10/2018 00:51

I like it

Shadow1234 · 01/10/2018 01:09

I absolutely love this name, really pretty.

DancerOnIce · 01/10/2018 10:28

I prefer it written down to how it sounds

skeete · 01/10/2018 11:04

It's OK.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 01/10/2018 12:11

Yes, it's lovely !
I do prefer Wren Eloise, or Wren Louisa though.

Eleanor90 · 01/10/2018 12:14

Love it!

user14869556378 · 01/10/2018 12:25

Relaxdontdoit · 03/10/2018 08:55

Silver Wren?

That's not nearly as nice as Wren Louise, sorry OP.

Juanbablo · 03/10/2018 09:04

Wren Silver yes. Silver Wren no.

tartanscot · 03/10/2018 09:04

I love Silver.

auntyflonono · 03/10/2018 09:08

Wren Silver doesn't seem to go, perhaps with another name in between like Wren Elizabeth Silver Surname?

I also like Faunia and Delphi for a girl, Faunia Silver flows a little better.

RedDwarves · 03/10/2018 09:53

I love Wren.

Relaxdontdoit · 03/10/2018 10:10

What about Wren Louise Silver

OP posts:
Polkasq · 03/10/2018 10:16

Wren is great, a lovely choice.

Louise is OK but was one of the main default middle names when I was younger. I like Louisa though.

Not particularly keen on Silver, but I like Sylvia and Sylvina.

Wren Sylvia or Wren Louisa would be very nice.

Cheeseplantandpickle · 03/10/2018 10:17

If I heard the name wren, I'd assume id heard Ren.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 03/10/2018 10:19

Wren Silver is beautiful, I would definitely stick at that !

bridgetreilly · 03/10/2018 12:13

Wren Louise Silver.

Icklepup · 03/10/2018 13:44

Definitely Wren Louise Silver!

Cosmoa · 03/10/2018 19:34

I agree that it looks nice written but it's not a nice sounding name. It's a bit wet/bland. There are much nicer nature names!
