Am I being a bit weird or is Eliot a lovely name for a girl

Commonly associated with boys, maybe I'm more inclined to like it for a girl as I heard it on Scrubs first!!!

Eliette is a French name.
I was reading about one of our great modern conductors, Heribert Von Karajan and came across hi wife’s name, Eliette, OP. And I remembered your post and thought “There’s your Elliot as a girl’s name!”

It could work.

I love it as a girl's name

Until I was in my teens, I thought it was a girl’s name. Very surprised when my brother brought home his friend Elliott and he was a boy! I still find it very feminine but not many people seem to share that view.
