Me and my oh found out we're having a little boy! We had a girl name sorted pretty quickly but have been changing the boy names list quite frequently as there's not many we agree on. Our current list is below. Which, if any, do you prefer? We'd love to hear some new suggestions too! We like names that aren't too 'out there'Smile
Brodie
Freddie
Frazer
Jasper
Roscoe
Bodhi

Icklepup · 04/09/2018 18:37

I only like Freddie

Moominfan · 04/09/2018 18:37

Brodie
Frazer but I'd spell frasier
Bohdi

ellxx · 04/09/2018 18:42

Freddie (biased)

YouCantBeSirius · 04/09/2018 18:45

Brodie or Frazer

chuckiecheese · 04/09/2018 18:46

Fraser (with an s not z) Wink

Brodie is Brodie not the female spelling? I know a female Brodie anywhere, thought Brody was the name spelling? It's ok as a name but a bit met

Freddie - I find it really babyish sounding personally
Frazer - not a fan sorry
Jasper - my favourite of your list
Roscoe - nice
Bodhi - dislike and imagine it would be hard to pull of

Kate123cl · 04/09/2018 18:51

Thank you, these are all very helpful! Smile

Only like Fraser - spelled like that.

Really dislike Bodhi and Roscoe, the others are ok.
They all seem quite different styles, which makes it hard to suggest other names!

sexnotgender · 04/09/2018 18:53

Fraser is the only one of that list I’d use.

Sunflower321 · 04/09/2018 18:56

Fraser and Roscoe are great!

Kate123cl · 04/09/2018 19:01

I think Fraser is my favourite too!

I only like Jasper. Or Roscoe for a dog, not a person though

Timtomtam · 04/09/2018 19:13

Jasper
Fraser

ChipsnCurrySaucemmm · 04/09/2018 19:13

How is Bohdi pronounced... Bow-dee or body?

Kate123cl · 04/09/2018 19:14

@ChipsnCurrySaucemmm Bow-Dee Smile

frazer, I do love a Z

ReginaPhalange89 · 04/09/2018 19:16

Roscoe ?🤔 In Scotland that's like a nn for chavs called Ross , sorry ! lol genuinely didn't know that was an actual first name, sounds awful to me just because I associated it with those types of boys

I like Brodie and Freddie , Fraser is ok but more of a surname to me

Undercoverbanana · 04/09/2018 19:17

Fred (rather than Freddie).

EggWallace · 04/09/2018 19:18

I like Brodie, Freddie and Fraser. We considered Fraser for DS, we have a ‘Mc’ surname and it would have sounded lovely with that

Kate123cl · 04/09/2018 19:19

@ReginaPhalange89 I've never heard of that beforeShock haha! Think we'll be wiping that one off the listWink

I like your list and my favourite is Brodie , it's gorgeous.

Susannach · 04/09/2018 19:32

I like Jasper, Roscoe and Fraser.

How about Ellis, Ezra or Otis?

LadyMarmyLard · 04/09/2018 19:40

I like your names ranked in the exact order you've written them.
Brodie and Freddie are my favourites.
Not sure on the last two names.

I really like Brodie, it sounds a bit American, like a guy from a 90s sitcom would have.

pineapple95 · 04/09/2018 19:47

I like Fraser and Frederick, shortened to Freddie
