Which do you prefer? I'm aware both names are quite popular but it doesn't really bother me. I don't know of any Smile

Is this for first and middle name? If so, I would do Lily Mia (but maybe spice it up a bit and do Lilly Mya?)
BUT if you're doing that thing with the hyphen (like Mary-Kate) I just wouldn't haha I'd just name her Lily

It would be a middle name.

Sophia is also an option. Lily Sophia/ Sophia Lily

Lily is a lovely name. How about that first followed by something longer like Elizabeth? Lily Mia sounds a bit in line with the Ellie-Mae trend, which is grim.

I like Sophia but I know too many and the name is very overused. I’ve not met as many Mia’s and like that name.

Lily Sophia definitely! Hate Mia and I'm not keen on Sophia to be honest but Lily Sophia is gorgeous
