Sister name suggestions for Anika

Need some help, please. We are feeling very unconvinced by our current shortlist of baby girl names. We're looking for a girl's name that crosses cultures (Indian/English preferably) and works with older sister's name, Anika.

Mainly looking names with letters "A", "P", "R".

Any suggestions, please?

Some of my favourite Indian girls' names - that are all easily pronounceable in English - are:

Roshni
Shivani
Priya
Rohini
Ananya (though probably not if you've got an Anika!)

Veeveebee · 29/08/2018 23:58

I also like Pavani (pronounced Puh-var-bee)

Veeveebee · 29/08/2018 23:58

I had no idea Anika was an Indian name and I though a lot of the suggestions upthread were Russian (Petra, Sasha, Anoushka) so I'm probably not going to be much help! However:

Jasminda, Amrita, Siya, Raina, Inaaya, Imaani, Priya, Mahnoor, Noor, Sashika, Kiran, Duneep, Gauri, Keemia, Farrah, Fareedah, Safiya, Sama

I really like Padma.

Andrea and Pia are also lovely.

JSm1th · 21/09/2018 16:57

What about Anya?

Ilikecakes · 21/09/2018 19:34

Roopa is lovely
