Bridget?

Looking for a strong, not too girly name.

We really like Bridget and love the nickname Bridie (don't like Biddie though).

Also on our list are Nancy, Susannah (Susie), Caroline and Enid.

Any honest opinions?

Bridget and Nancy are two of my favourite names.💕

I like it spelt as Brigitte.

I really like Bridget, it would definitely get shortened to Bridge by her friends though, so depends on how keen/unkeen you are as this as a nn

I like Nancy, but I wouldn't say its a strong name, its a very girly name to me.

Don't like Susannah or Caroline at all. Too middle aged woman-ish

I actually really like Enid but it just reminds me of an old lady when I hear the name but I don't know any young Enid's so that's probably why. Lovely name though

I like Bridget and Enid the best. Depends on how you feel as Bridge as a nn

Bridget is lovely as long as you're not in Ireland where it's seen as really old fashioned & frumpy.

I love Susannah & Caroline too.

I don't like Nancy, Enid or Margot at all.

I like Brigid and know a lovely one.
I have a friend called Bridget and it really suits her.
Susannah and Caroline are both gorgeous.

I work with Bridget. She's lovely. Her nn is Bee.
