Very similar but causing a lot of going round in circles! Decided to take a poll.

I love both, as to which I would use it depends on the surname. For a longer surname I would use Louise (Pheobe Louise Cavanagh) but for a shorter one Louisa (Phoebe Louisa Cross).

I have a Phoebe Louise so obviously I'm biased I think Louisa is a nice twist.

Louise flows better with Phoebe, although as a stand alone name I prefer Louisa as it was my Nan’s name.

If syllable is three syllables/longer and/or ends in a 'a'/'er'/'agh' etc, then I'd go with Louise.

Otherwise I prefer Phoebe Louisa.
